Spiritual healing on Asthawaani combines mantra, meditation, breath work and compassionate scripture-based counselling to bring deep calm to a troubled mind and heart. Our approach draws from the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Vivekachudamani, the Bhakti tradition and the practical wisdom of Vrindavan saints — applied with empathy to today's very real struggles of anxiety, grief, fear, loneliness, broken relationships and existential emptiness.
What We Help With
Anxiety, panic attacks, grief over loss of a loved one, chronic anger, sleeplessness, persistent fear, lack of purpose, marital conflict, parent-child distance, post-divorce healing, loneliness in old age and the quiet spiritual emptiness that material success often brings.
Our Approach
A blend of Vedic wisdom, deep listening, mantra prescription, breath protocols (anulom-vilom, bhramari, nadi-shodhan), guided dhyan and simple daily kriyas that anyone can follow at home in 15–30 minutes a day. Sessions are 1-on-1 and strictly confidential.
Session Format
A first session usually lasts 60 minutes — the seeker shares freely, the vakta listens without judgement, then offers a short scriptural reference, a mantra, a breath practice and a 7-day micro-routine. Follow-up sessions of 30 minutes are scheduled weekly or fortnightly as needed.
Healing Programs
21-Day Grief Recovery, 40-Day Anxiety Release, Couples Reconciliation Path, Postpartum Spiritual Care, Cancer-Care Companion (working alongside medical treatment), and Senior Loneliness Program — each rooted in shastra and refined through years of experience.
When to Seek Medical Help Too
Spiritual healing complements but never replaces medical or psychological care. For severe depression, suicidal thoughts, psychosis or any acute condition, please reach out to a qualified mental-health professional immediately, in parallel with sadhana.
